I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! I am a native of Perquimans County and am very proud to be teaching in the same school district that I grew up in. I teach ELA and Social Studies on a team with Mrs. Ross, who teaches Math and Mrs. Benton who teaches Science. Other than my passion for teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, shopping, traveling, and cooking/baking!

-I'm 33 Years Old
-Born and raised in Perquimans County
-This is my 11th year teaching
-I graduated with my Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education from ECSU.
-I have taught in Gates, Pasquotank and Perquimans County and multiple grades from 3rd-5th
-I have two cats named Trouble & Cassie
